On top of that, you can’t even choose your size. This reissue is cheaper than the original, lets you choose your size, and

a reissue that comes as close as possible to the original.

That is the MILITARIA 1911 Reissue Tiger Stripe Series.

We are re-releasing the MILITARIA 1911 Souvenir Jacket, originally released in 2023.

While there was only one type of Gold Tiger fabric available in 2023, this time we’re offering three different fabric options.

The lining features 100% cotton, Japanese-made, reissue ERDL Green Leaf camouflage fabric. Because it’s ripstop,

it offers ample durability. Both the outer and inner layers are finished with 100% cotton fabric.

This jacket is designed to be enjoyed as a blouson in a wide range of seasons, including fall, early winter, and spring.

The exterior features two large pockets. The zippered front fly uses a durable Japanese-made YKK aluminum zipper. There are no interior pockets. This jacket fully captures the atmosphere of the Vietnam War era.

Depending on your preference, you can also add embroidery to the back or front of this jacket.

Of course, since it’s made from our store’s original tiger-print fabric, you can enjoy the fading process. Please enjoy watching the color change over the years.Since it is 100% cotton, it is machine washable, but please avoid using a tumble dryer or washing it too vigorously. It will shrink when washed, but you can minimize shrinkage by gently stretching it while wet and letting it dry slowly in the shade. As it is cotton, the fabric will stretch slightly with wear.

Because the Okinawa Tiger pattern is made from heavyweight fabric, it not only offers ample strength

resulting in a jacket with a substantial, robust feel. It is the perfect pattern for

era.

: What is the Okinawa Tiger?

Among the tiger stripe patterns used during the Vietnam War, the Okinawa Tiger

. It is estimated to have first been used around 1965,

and variations in color were produced; it remained widely used until around 1970.

Its defining feature is the baby-weight cotton fabric. To truly enjoy the distinctive tiger stripe look,

this is arguably the most suitable pattern. It is the oldest tiger stripe pattern in our current lineup.
