This is a very rare zigzag pattern tiger stripe pant, one of the rarest of the real tiger stripes. Unfortunately, there are some repair marks on the inseam area. Other than that, they are in very clean condition with little fading. There are no hand pockets, and the buttock pockets are a rare cut seen on early Okinawa Tigers without lids. It has a zipper fly and uses a Japanese zipper. They are made of brass, not aluminum. These are unique pants with a long crotch. There are few replicas of this pattern, and service records are not as good as those of the Okinawa Tiger and Silver Tiger, so it is a minor pattern.
